Lalo
Rise Collective helped Lalo expand their product line into many more categories, including a soft bath launch, feeding accessories, and a play kitchen. Working as their sourcing department, Rise was in charge of vendor selection, product development, and vendor onboarding. We also worked with their leadership team on organizational development and referred other industry experts to them.
FabFitFun
Rise Collective helped FabFitFun navigate a period of rapid growth and category expansion by providing interim leaders across product development, sourcing, and merchandising. Rise consultants lead two new category launches while leveraging their global supplier network to adapt to shifting tariff regulations and reduce sourcing risk. An initial engagement of three months was extended to ten months based on the team's success.
Parachute
Rise Collective helped develop Parachute’s inaugural furniture line. From vendor proposal to product development to final product delivery, Rise worked closely with internal design, inventory, and merchandising partners to turn this growth opportunity into a reality. Rise worked with their leadership on organizational development and hiring to build their in-house furniture team while also connecting them with industry leaders in sustainability, quality assurance, and packaging.
