Lalo
Rise Collective helped Lalo expand their product line into many more categories, including a soft bath launch, feeding accessories, and a play kitchen. Working as their sourcing department, Rise was in charge of vendor selection, product development, and vendor onboarding. We also worked with their leadership team on organizational development and referred other industry experts to them.
Parachute
Rise Collective helped develop Parachute’s inaugural furniture line. From vendor proposal to product development to final product delivery, we worked closely with design, inventory, and merchandising partners to turn this growth opportunity into a reality. We worked with their leadership on organizational development and hiring to build their in-house furniture team while also connecting them with industry leaders in sustainability, quality assurance, and packaging.
